easily vulnerable to the toxic world in which we find ourselves having to live.
Vegetables like cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower reduce the risk of lung
cancer. They are helpful in cleaning and building blood as they are rich in
chlorophyll. Pomegranate juice also reduces the risk of lung tumors. As per
latest report turmeric powder boosts the self destruction of cancer cells in
the body.

Orange
colored carrots are rich in Vitamin A and C and it lowers the chance of
developing lung disease. Vegetarian foods are rich in fiber, carbohydrates,
magnesium, potassium, vitamin A and C and phytochemicals than non vegetarian
foods. Moreover non vegetarian foods are from dead products of animals and
birds which are highly infectious in nature. Vegetarians will have lower BMI
than non vegetarian eaters.

In short
vegetarian foods if taken regularly meet the nutritional requirements for all
stages of life. Many studies reveal that mortality rate is 24% lower in
vegetarians when compared to non vegetarians. Apple is an effective fruit which
is good for the state of well being. Consuming five to ten apples a day only
gives enough health and fitness for our lungs. Remove the wax coating over the
apple and have it regularly to improve lung health.
